Samsung B&G 2018 - Redemption Form - Accommodation - Blue Tier

I bought a fridge from Hirsch Store in Milnerton at about November 2018. With the Buy and Get promotion they had I chose to take the 2 nights accommodation because I do travel allot and it will come in handy. As from the day I got the voucher and details from them, I could never book any accommodation because of no available dates and later found out that there was a problem with their systems concerning making bookings and if you have a voucher it won't be able to place a booking, right through 2019 I tried booking and always no available dates up and until my voucher expired last month. Personally I feel by giving me that voucher was a waist of my time and effort to try and book because they know how their system work. Now they request from me communication that I have send to them regarding the matter and honestly speaking if I knew it would end up this way I should've kept it and according to them and their records I only called twice. Not knowing I have 2 numbers and called them from both. I do love Samsung products but will think twice buying something where I will get a voucher or something from them.
