Samsung becoming a bad brand- ZFlip 5 phones screens going blank, bubbling and expanding

So sad to see so many Samsung bad reviews. I used to be a fan😭 I bought a Samsung Flip5 for my Dad just over a year ago and another for my husband a week or two later so both around August.

A year or less Both phone screens started going black and we took them to the Samsung repair centre in Boksburg weeks apart. (Repair Documents available) The phones came back and now my Dad’s phone got so hot that it started bubbling and the sides expanded. I took it back to the Boksburg repair centre and they said it has physical damage and I told them if that’s the case then it would be from them because no one opened the phone besides them and told them the heating and bubbling story. They now won’t fix the phone claiming physical damage. My Dad wrote to hello Peter and Samsung promised to look into the matter but came back privately to say the take what the repair center tells them😳

Now my Husbands Phone has started heating up too and it’s also expanded on the sides. Though it’s working fine for now but I fear it will soon be met up with the same fate.

I googled this problem and it seems it’s a common Samsung flip problem, so why does Samsung refuse to fix my father’s phone instead claim physical damage? A friend just told me the same thing happened to him and Samsung said it was physical damage to him as well and refused to fix his phone if he didn’t pay the crazy repair amount 😡

I am going to run a campaign and see how many people have this problem. I want to prove that Samsung has a problem they won’t admit.

Please fix my Fathers phone. I paid for it cash and it cost me a lot of money. He is 74years old and stressing over Samsung’s refusal to fix his phone and losing a phone he loves. Just be fair. I have a video and pictures of my husband’s phone right now. Just tell me where to send it. Foolish me just bought a fold 7 today and I just saw they too are bad! Ijoo Samsung to think it used to be such a good brand. I wonder if I can return the phone and also warn others
