Samsung battery swoll up, cracked screen.

My battery expanded to 4 times, the normal size cracked my screen. The phone radiates heat while I used to take calls and caused consistent ear throbbing prior to the battery swelling. The phone is less then 2years old and is on contract, every time I went to a Samsung store or the contractor, everyone turned me away and could never assist. What would have happened of I was on a call and the phone exploded. I have some great pictures to share with you. The problem is I don't have a phone that is in working condition and the post sale service is appalling. I pay a lot of money for the contract and with no reprieve of any assistance when this occurred, no matter how many times I reported it.
