Samsung bad service to customer
I have a bad experience with Samsung I bought a phone and it is still under warranty, It has been repaired by Samsung repair center more than three times , they keep on telling me that they have been re loading the software. on the 3 October 2020 I took it back to Samsung because it had the same problem , I told them this time that I no longer need this phone because the problem it never resolve. To take it back and forth to Samsung it cost me my time and petrol. till to date I have not received the phone I am being sent from pillar to post .
