Samsung bad service
My wife upgraded her contract at Telkom in Canal Walk in the month of September / October. The phone comes with earpods and the guy that helped us registered her for the earpods. 2 weeks passed and she still didnt receive it. We went back to Telkom and the lady of Samsung assisted us and told my wife that they will be in contact with her. Up till today, no one has contacted her. That is very bad service.
