Samsung bad customer service
ive spoken to many people at Samsung promising a call back but every time its ends disappointment as I have to phone back every time! I've tried emailing them about the buds that I was promised and I'm still waiting for a response from the 7th of April not one communication from Samsung via email, phone call not even an SMS. whenever i requested to speak to a person in charge they are all in meetings? I just think they avoid all customers because they are unable to assist anyone.
