Samsung is the worst company to deal , not even worthy of 1 star. After Purchasing 2 x Samsung Note 20s i was promised Free Sterilizers and R4000 vouchers , gone 3 weeks now still trying to get through. Just keep going in circles. they continuously ask for proof of purchase to be sent to *** , however after sending it 50 times you still get no JOY . Call centre Agents really really really need training on customer service. some agents try and help and other utterly arrogent.
