Samsung
3 months ago bought a Samsung A11 from Makro. Now the phone as lines running across the center of the screen. Phone is slow.low sound and freezes frequently. On the phone the is an APP, " Samsung Members " posted on there page told to save all info on phone and reset to factory do not want to take responsibility for selling me a faulty phone. Disappointing service from Samsung.

Sorry for the problems youre having with your Galaxy. In most cases the screen displaying lines usually it's the LCD. We’ll need to inspect it to determine what’s wrong with it.

The phone was not dropped as per my conversation with your Samsung Members app I need to save all info and reset to factory settings .lines on center of phone, low sound, phone freezes. This seems to be an ongoing problem with your phones which as a consumer I was not informed by the sales staff of Makro .if I knew about the problems with the phone I would not have bought the phone.guess it was a sales only. Disappointing , my wife wants to buy the same phone.but will not recommend it. The area I stay in is the Bluff. There is a Samsung store at Galleria Mall, Amanzimtoti
