Samsung are fixing the same problem the third tim

Samsung are fixing my DVD player for the 3rd time, same problem every time the eye which reads the disk blows? I don't know if it is a cheap part that they keep using, but now that the warranty is finished i need to pay Samsung for repairs that should have been fix the first time around. It is a joke that Samsung products appear to be cheap disposable products with a few months life expectancy. I also have LG products and one or two items have broken and been fixed permanently, never a problem again! I did call the Samsung customer service center with very little help, the suggestion i got was that i should keep taking the unit in until one day the repairs will last??? doesn't even make sense, the guy was reluctant to help.
