SAMSUNG APPLIANCES NOT WORTH BUYING

Purchased a Samsung Dishwasher with an extended warranty. A year after the warranty the dishwasher is not working. I decided to log a call with SAMSUNG hoping that I can repair the dishwasher with a SAMSUNG verified techinician. 1 YEAR later I am still waiting. I called and the ticket was closed but no calls or emails were sent to me. Decided to report it and was told that this was escalated … and I would receive a call on the same day...still waiting

Worst experience from SAMSUNGS "APPROVED TECHINICIANS" MM All.

After waiting 1 year my experience does not end with SAMSUNG and the “Approved” Technicians” MM All.

I don’t understand why SAMSUNG is using a company that cannot provide a proper diagnosis on appliances and their attempts at repairing the appliances fails.

I was contacted by the SAMSUNG "approved" technicians MM All Electronics on the 22/04/2021. A technician was dispatched and the MM All electronics .The technician then CHECKED the dishwasher and I was informed that it was the inlet hose that needed to be replaced (* Please note that I had to pay the call out fee). The fee was then paid for the inlet hose and a technician was dispatched. The technician supposedly repaired the unit and after 1 use I noticed the dishwasher was leaking (This did not happen before). I sent numerous emails and called however this was not attended to. The technician finally came out again and “CHECKED” and said that the unit was fine (pictures were provided of the leak). I tried to use the dishwasher again and it was leaking. I continuously called and sent emails, WhatsApp messages but no one responded. I even receive an email informing me that the ticket was closed. I then received a call from Nikita apologising and an appointment was made. This happened X3 where they missed appointments and no response. I was contacted randomly by a technician informing me that he was on his way to me (no appointment was made), they just decided to call me. The technicians (this time 2 technicians) finally came out and after X4 visits I was informed that there is something wrong with the motor and it had to be replaced; at my expense of course. The manager called me to apologise and I received an invoice. What I don’t understand is that after so many appointments and checking now there is something else wrong. What will go wrong next because now after the technicians were at my premises the strange thing is that the dishwasher is not working at all? How much more will I pay? If the technicians assed correctly I would be in a position to either purchase a new unit instead of the technicians assuming the problem.

In all of this SAMSUNG has not called me to provide feedback which means that they don’t care about their customers. Why do we then have to book a call with SAMSUNG?
Customers buy certain products because they assume its reliable and if something goes wrong you can trust the brand to provide proper service but not in this case.
