Samsung appliances are inferior!

Don't buy Samsung. We bought a freezer and it was problematic immediately. We bought Samsung expecting quality and good service but got conned. It's pathetic that a brand new freezer was faulty and not repaired.

They promised to fix it many times from the first month but never did. It's been 2 years and we have lost so many food items. Samsung refused to acknowledge its problem and sent it back everytime without fixing it. It's just defrosted again and we lost food items again. Samsung has refused to fix it. Don't waste your money. Buy from a company that will give you a quality product.
