Samsung appliance shocking lack of service. Will never buy a samsung appliance again.
Total lack of service from Samsung . Bought a washing machine 2 years ago. Endless problems and numerous call outs, and machine is still faulty. Now out of warrantee and told to call the store it was bought from as it is no longer their problem!!!
