Samsung and Vodacom do not care about their customers

SAMSUNG this is my 4th post on this matter, my last post was on the 28th July 2022. No one has even contacted me! You give me generic messages saying that someone will contact me in due course as this will need to be investigated. Its not 3 weeks later and I have provided you with all the information!

Furthermore I have received the Device back from its last repair and the same issue is still happening.

Furthermore, I have received the device back and the SAME ISSUE it was booked in for since Job one is occurring!!!!

Between Samsung and Vodacom, please take the phone back and give me my money back.

Why is Vodacom and Samsung not interested in helping me!

FIX THE BELOW ISSUE

**************************************************************************************** My Samsung Z fold 3 was bought from Vodacom on 29th October 2021 (Just over 8 months old). It worked fine for a few months. However, it started giving me serious issues around April. Issues include: 1. All applications crashing 2. Phone getting stuck in a continues boot-loop 3. Phone severely overheating (Burn to touch) 4. Phone restarting till the battery dies 5. Continuous freezing This happens and MINIMUM 3 times a day. I have tried all the following to self-remedy the issues: 1. Delete apps one by one to identify if an App is causing the issue 2. Run the phone in safe mode 3. Factory reset the phone None of the above worked I have then booked the phone in for repairs 3 times as follows: • Repair 1- Job No: **********3- The phone was sent in for a software upgrade/ reinstall. The phone came back and immediately started doing exactly the same thing as previously. • Repair 2- Job No: **********7- The phone was booked in again. I was assured by a technician on book in that since a software update was already done, they would escalate the matter and try a different line of repair. It seems none of this was done. When I was notified that the phone has been repaired, I went to fetch it and when I asked what was done, they said NO FAULT WAS FOUND and a generic software update was done (which I was told wouldn’t be the method of repair. Even worse my phone came back with PHYSICAL DAMAGE in the form of 2 dents on the hinge. The book in report clearly recorded NO DAMAGE on the phone when it was booked in • Repair 3- Job No: **********4- This is the part where I am REALLY disgusted! Vodacom now booked my phone in for repairs to supposedly fix both the DAMAGE THEY DID and the ISSUES THE PHONE WAS ORIGINALLY BOOKED IN FOR. They now listed damage on the phone that wasn’t there previously when it was last booked in as existing book in damage for this repair. IMPORTANT TO NOTE I DID NOT LEAVE THE STORE FROM REPAIR 2s COLLECTION AND IMMEDIATELY HAD IT BOOKED IN FOR THIS REPAIR. So how can they list their OWN damage as book in damage??? In Summary: 1. The initial issue the phone was booked in for has not been fixed. 2. The phone received physical damage by Vodacom during repairs 3. The book in report FALSELY stated that I booked in the phone with user damage for repair 3, when I did not even leave the store between repair 2 and repair 3

I am now demanding that Vodacom Reimburse me for my phone, cancel the contract and keep it! I will take my business somewhere else! This is my second post relating to this issue! I am paying R1800 per month for a piece of junk and disgusting customer service!

But you guys said exactly the same thing before and then nothing happened. The last time you told me to be patient. This was 3 weeks ago.
