Samsung and Unitronics absolutely not worth supporting

I am saddened by the fact that I have to rate you a 1 star, because Samsung does not deserve this star. I am very upset by your store, or the Unitronics store in Somerset Mall. It has now been more that a month that my Samsung S8 has been in for repairs under the SMC insurance that i pay every month, and i was told it would be a maximum of 3 weeks, probebly a week, but 3 weeks max!!! Daily I get told that someone will get back to me, but not once has somebody done so, your service is pathetic. This is officially the last Samsung product I will ever buy, and will shortly start getting rid of all Samsung electronics that i own. I use to love Samsung and the great service you had, sorry to say but you dropped the ball. I have owned every single phone in the Galaxy S range staring with the 3 and gradually working up to the S8. Unitronics will end up costing you alot of customers!!!
