Samsung and MTN promotion FAILURE

On the first of June I got my new contract with MTN purchasing the Samsung Galaxy A70 which comes with a free power pack and watch. Two months later I'm still waiting for the power pack and watch. Shocking service! I keep getting told it will be here in two weeks time. Samsung is not supporting MTN at all. Sort this out asap please Samsung!
