SAMSUNG AND CELL C TERRIBLE SERVICE

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THE SERVICE FROM CELL C and Samsung I am terribly disappointed in Cell C and how they have handled my query. I got an upgraded phone, Samsung A32 At the end of my call when ordering my phone I was told that I would receive a R300 verual voucher as well as be entered into a grand Samsung draw, all I needed to do is WhatsApp my ID number as well as my handsets IMEI number to a Whats App number that will be given to me when receiving my hand set.

I received my handset and checked the e mail I had received. None of which supp**** me with the WhatsApp number to claim my R300 Voucher.

I then called and have e mailed, with getting back " they will contact me with in 24-48 hrs) and they will escalate this.

How can it be that difficult to give me a number, I have to do the rest.

This is NOT how it should be handled.
