Samsung Air Conditioners - worst buy ever!!!

<p>Had Samsung aircons installed in 2014 by company called Aircon Experts, 670 11th Avenue, Gezina, Pretoria. Have had nothing but problems since then. Aircons pack up after a few months, you ask them to come and inspect them - which can take anything up to 2 months. They say that I have jeopardised the "guarantee" because I didn't have them services on the correct date - they did not give me this information when they installed the units, of course. You then have to pay for a "services" and then the aircons pack up again after a few months. This has been going on since 2014. Aircons Experts provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These aircons cost us R50 000-00 to have installed and I wish I had gone with another company altogether. Atrocious service.</p>
