Samsung agents selling old defective circuit boards
Dish washer. I've been struggling to get it fixed. The Samsung agent is useless. I took it to another repair place who said the fault is in the circuit board but the Samsung agents sell old returned defective circuit boards that look OK and then refuse to take them back when they won't work. As a result the other repair place refused to work on my Samsung. Do not buy a Samsung......

29 Sept 2020, 13:35No The one man refused to repair it because it had been opened. The other repair man had absolutely no idea what he was talking about, pointed out two perfectly good components and said they were "blown" (I took them out and checked them afterwards) The Third repair man knew his business but did not want to buy a cooked board from Samsung.
Please advise where can I get a new board (ie NOT an old cooked one returned to the store)

29 Sept 2020, 17:06He had no clue what was wrong. He was going to just replace the circuit board IN CASE it was defective. He did not even look at ANY of the peripherals or the other board or the wiring. I pointed out to him a live neutral swopped over in the wiring loom (dangerous for the user) but he did nothing. I don't think he understood.
I afterwards found a burnt inductor on the board.. He had not even seen it. My mother would have been as competent.
Please just advise me where I can get a circuit board that is new and working.
