Samsung after sale service (rather no service)

If ever you are in a situation where you can't choose between a Samsung product, or a product of any other brand that is equivalent to the Samsung product, just know that should you experience any issues with the Samsung product, that you will have no after sale service. As seen on this platform, Samsung doesn't bother to respond, so in terms of solving issues, posting on Hallo Peter will probably not be of any help, but hopefully people will do research on these type of platforms, so that they know what they are in for, when dealing with Samsung. Microwave faulty within 9 days of receiving it from Takealot, (also a disaster on its own trying to deal with a return of a Samsung product bought via Takealot) and numerous calls to Samsung/Takealot/Samsung/Takealot etc, the microwave is still faulty without a word from Samsung since last week, (after their explanation as to why Takealot now has nothing further to do with the issue, and only Samsung can help me). May I add that this is the second time dealing with Samsungs shoddy could-not-be-bothered after sales services. The first time was with a still under warranty dishwasher

With all due respect, the last word from Samung was also that the matter is being escalated to Tsepho (returns supervisor/manager) and still no word since last week.

It is now 6 days since my first correspondence with Samsung/Takealot to solve this issue. Until yesterday, not a single word from Samsung, after I was told that the matter is being escalated to Tshepo.
24 Hours since I took the matter up again for the first time since last week (Hallo Peter). - still only received a message about the matter being handed over/escalated etc to the relevant person.
Another 17 hours since my second attempt yesterday to solve this matter (this time via the telephone) and another promise that this was handed over to the relevant person/department. Still - no action?
Fact of the matter remains, this is what you get when dealing with a under warranty Samsung product.

After countless phone calls, emails back and forth, incorrect information given by Samsung call center, emails that remains unanswered, I was given instructions ( I have proof of email) that the microwave must be dropped at Samsung Store, Tygervalley, on Friday.

Keep in mind, this will be a 300km drive to the shop, and 300km back, all at own cost. 300 km Agian once the microwave must be collected, and another 300km back home.

I just phoned the Samsung store in Tygervalley mall ***) and spoke to the assistant store manager Rudi, who couldn't have been more unprofessional and rude. After all the trouble that Samsung has caused me, and also the fact that no 2 case mangers/store manager's/ call center agents agree on anything, I wanted to confirm that this indeed was the correct route, and not arrive with a microwave and nobody knows what to do with it. I told him that I have (on email) directions to have the microwave delivered to said store, and he just talked over me and said that they are a privately owned store, and that they have nothing to do with Samsung, and they won't take the microwave in.

We have to go to Liptronics. A week of mailing back and forth, and the first time this place is mentioned.

So a privately owned Samsung store that has nothing to do with Samsung?

Never ever buy Samsung, and expect after sales service. You won't get it.
Unfortunately Takealot will also suffer from this bad service (non service) as people will stop buying Samsung products, when the Rudis' in life tells consumers "unfortunately this is what happens when you buy online"
This microwave was brand new, out of the box, and 9 days old when the issue came up.

We will have to repair it privately, at our own cost, and probably forfeit the warranty, in doing so, as Samsung now gives us no other choice.

The worst experience ever.
