SAMSUNG ADH UNSUCCESSFUL REPAIR & NOW POSSIBLE *****!!!

<p>This is linked to my previous complaint - ********** .</p> <p>My handset had been returned for a proper repair as per my previous complaint. Another month had gone pass with NO response from samsungadh. I then emailed the adh division to query the hold up. To my surprise, my email was returned with a quotation to repair my handset stating that it was for a second repair which the warranty did not cover. I then rep**** to the email stating that it is NOT a second repair and that it was a recall to do the initial repair properly! I then received calls from a company called "Fair Trade Solutions" who I then had to explain the history behind this issue. They contacted the repair company which I believe is "Cell Clinic" and to have been now given a different report regarding the quotation stating that the phone is now apparently damaged and hence the quote. I am APPALLED at the POOR POOR service level in which I am being treated with, in addition to claims being FALSELY made that the device was delivered with damage/s. The device was logged by samsung adh as "Screen is loose on top and not fitted well". There were no other faults/damage to this device. I have clearly stated in my last email to "Fair Trade Solutions" on monday that I will NOT accept a quote to pay for damge/s that were not done by myself! I have neither received any feedback fro this last correspondance. Please can this matter be rectified and I STRONGLY suggest that proper procedures be put into place so to avoid (He said, She said) issues such as this. </p>
