SAMSUNG ADH - false advertising don't buy it

I bought an S4 from an online retailer. unfortunately the phone fell and the LCD was damaged and now Samsung refuses to fix the screen because the invoice is not valid. I bought this device new from a retailer at a price that the retailer sold it for and Samsung is saying ADH does NOT apply. I was under the impression that SAMSUNG will fix their devices no questions asked. The only reason I bought a SAMSUNG was for the ADH because their devices are overly priced compared to peers. But this is the last of any SAMSUNG products and their gimmicks. Furthermore they said they can fix the device for a fee but they have to quote me first and if I reject their quote they will charge me R200!!!! where have you heard of such?<br> <br> If they thought they can mislead consumers in this way they will learn very tough lessons.
