SAMSUNG ADH FALSE ADVERTI*****T

I bought a Samsung Note 5 in November 2015 with the sales pitch that you have a 2 year/1 free screen/lcd screen replacement when you buy a Samsung. Well this to my surprise according to your consultants is not the truth for a note 5 howerver it is no where written on your website for ADH...

The folllowing is on your website

Supported Products - Supported Product
Galaxy S5 (SM-G900F, SM-G900H)
Galaxy Note 3 (SM-N900, SM-N9005)
Galaxy Note 4 (SM-N910H, SM-N910F, SM-N910C)
Galaxy Note edge (SM-915F)
Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920C)
Galaxy S6 (SM-G920F)
Galaxy S6 edge (SM-G925F)
Galaxy S7 (SM-G930F)
Galaxy S7 edge (SM-G935F)
ADH Premium Benefit Period
12 months from date of purchase.
Galaxy S7
Galaxy S7 edge
Galaxy S6
Galaxy S6 edge
Galaxy Note 4
Galaxy Note edge
24 months from date of purchase.
Galaxy S5
Galaxy Note 3

No time frame given for a note 5...

I have been a loyal customer user since the note 3 came out. Upgraded everytime when a new note device was launced. Your e-mail signature got a picture that says ADH 24 months - no where does it say terms and conditions apply so you just continue to mislead your customers.
