Samsung Accessories delay

Very disappointed in Samsung as they have released two new phones, being the Note 10 plus and the A80 and you cannot find any accessories. Surely you should release the phones and accessories simultaneously. We bought an A80 and now cannot find a headphone jack adapter, (as the headphones provided is absolute *******) and none of the generic ones work on either the A80 or the Note 10 plus. Secondly we received a voucher for a cover for the Note 10 plus and all the covers are out of stock when you try to redeem it, as far as I know there is a time limit as I already lost out on my cover redemption on my Samsung S9 plus. This is really not fair. Thirdly the Galaxy fit we also got part of the deal, will take 4 weeks to be delivered. I think it is rather bad that you advertise your latest products for consumers to purchase and then they have to wait such a long time for the accessories. I prefer my Samsung S7 edge headphones and therefore I need the adapter.
