Samsung A8 "Phone not allow voice"

Early 2018 I bought a new phone Samsung A8 as it was new in the market then. Now in 2019 last month the phone is saying "Phone not allowed for voice". I have taken it where I bought it at MTN and also Vodacom and they couldn't fix it.

I spent alot of money on this **** and it is not fair for them to bring a product that gives in without sufficient support.
