Samsung A72 not able to Repair 😠😡☹

Good day, i have a Samsung Galaxy A72. Was very impressed with the phone. After about 5 months, the phone started giving a alarm as soon as i connected my original charger that i got with the phone. Gives me a message that moisture is detected in the charging port... although the phone never ever went close to water or rain. I have subsequently sent the phone in to repair or replace the charging port at a reputable cellphone repair shop. After numerous efforts of trying to repair the phone, to no prevail. The shop then actualy sent my phone to samsung to have the repairs done. Also to no prevail. Saying that they don't have or keep stock. So Samsung was also not able to repair my phone. I am utterly disgusted that my phone can still not be repaired and i am still sitting without a phone. I lift my hat off to the cellphone shop that have been trying there utter best to help me, but their hands are tied. I still can not believe that Samsung can not help in any way. Its not a cheap phone either. What do i do
