My Sumsung 13kg Top loader washing washing is not completing the wash cycle, i went instore to Game CBD in Pmburg as it is still under warranty, i was told that the call has been logged and that the turnaround time is 72 hours for a technician to be sent out, its now been 09 days and still no technician. SAMSUNG U SUCK!!!!!!
