Samsung A55 free earbuds and watch promotion

I am very disappointed with the poor service by Samsung, I bought Samsung A55 whilst it was on promotion and came with free earbuds and a watch last year in November, the courier that was used it was Sky Net, they didn't even contact me when delivering the promotion package in March 2025 up until the package was returned to Samsung, Sky Net claims they couldn't find the address, like really, I used my workplace address that you can clearly find on Google maps, when I called Samsung to enquire, I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Sizwe, I gave him the new address to deliver the package, to this day I haven't received my claim of earbuds and a watch whilst I did clearly mention the address of where the package to be delivered, so can I kindly be assisted in this regard because this is very disappointing more especially that I have been a loyal customer of Samsung, this is so low of Samsung honesty.
