Samsung A55 colour coming off after 6 weeks

I got a Samsung A55 beginning of November this year and the paint is already coming off the side of the phone. The phone is barely 6 weeks old and its already looking worse than my A54 I had for 2 years. I thouggt the aluminum frame would be morw resistent to scraches, but what does that help of the colour comes off?

The phone itself is amazing, but visually it is starting to look horrible and I dont like it at all. I had the phone at a samsung store and the person told me that samsung wont do anything about it as this falls under wear and tear, but please see my point of view. If the phone was old it wouldnt be an issue, but its still new
