Samsung A5

<p>My Samsung A5 phone was locked with a password. My daughter ( 4 ) got a hold of my phone & was playing with it & after numerous attempts she managed to erase everything of my android. I feel this is unacceptable as the reason why we have passwords is to protect the phone & prevent anyone getting in & doing such things.I will definitely take this matter further as this is certainly a breach of confidentiality as passwords are there to secure your device. I lost every single bit of information including all my apps & messages, work emails & including contacts from the sim card & pictures from my gallery & memory card.. Basically my phone is like a brand new device now. Everything is erased.</p> <p>I will publish this on facebook & every other social media site to warn people not to buy Samsung .</p> <p>Should have never swopped my blackberry for a Samsung if only i knew this.</p>
