Samsung A35 suddenly without esim option - Issue with Samsung Clearwater
I purchased a Samsung A35 phone in December 2024 after extensive research on which Samsung models have an esim function. I went to the Samsung Clearwater store and was again informed that the Samsung A35 indeed has that function! We opened the phone, installed everything, and there was an "add esim" option under the Settings > Sim Manager. It is literally the only reason I bought this phone in the first place!
Now that I have extensive travel coming up, after some sort of software update that option is suddenly gone! So now, I am unable to get an esim on this phone. Again... only reason I got it in the first place! How is this allowed??!?!
