Samsung A35 NO ADAPTER WHY

I would like to find out from Samsung why are we liable to purchase our own power adapter especially when this is a contract phone and the charging cable is type c not the USB to type c adapter. How do you expect consumers to charge their devices without supplying us with everything that the phone is supposed to come with, previously when purchasing a brand new phone on contract you received an adapter, cable and earphones now its just a phone and cable those adapters are so expensive and non of them are fast charging even the one received with the phone isnt fast charging please could you explain as this is daylight ******* and I am and have been a very loyal vodacom customer, no outstanding payments from me or any problems. Very unhappy customer at the moment :-(
