Samsung A35 5g Earbuds and smart watch never delivered
On 2024-10-29 me and my son both upgraded with MTN to a new Samsung Galaxy A35 5G. This device comes with a smart watch and earbuds that you need to claim from Samsung. We both claimed the items but have never received the two items in question. We have emailed the *** email repeatedly and never received a response. I have called the *** number but there is never anybody to pick up and speak to me. My sons reference number is ***D8P3. My reference number I unfortunately did not write it down.
