Samsung A32 upgrade.

I can't really rate MTN as a bad experience but this phone is driving me nuts! I recently upgraded to a A32 and it was the biggest mistake! I had a huawei P20 pro and did not have any issues. The A32 is the worst phone I ever had. It's slow, it delays everything, when I try take a photo I have to forever just for it to open. I thought after the first software update it will be better. It's not. Still the same. When I select a certain key it will always type whatever it wants to. It gets way to hot while charging. It's not even a fast charger! I didn't get earphones like I did with all my other phones. This is seriously disappointing and I will never recommend this phone to anyone. I was told I won't make a mistake going for the A32 as I wanted the huawei but guess what. It was the biggest mistake upgrading to samsung and a big disappointment. Next upgrade will be a huawei, hands down.
