Samsung A32 phone to be avoided
My Samsung Galaxy A325F/DS has a useless finger print sensor.
From the word go I experienced problems with the finger recognition feature in that it recogniseses it only about 10% of the time.
Reading on the Internet that this phone has a problem with it and following all the advice to solve the problem without any success, I contacted Samsung Remote Support and was asked to Restart the phone. This helped for a while untill the problem re-apperared.
I also set up finger print recognition on my old Samsung A20 and found that I could do that very quickly without any problems and it recognises finger prints 100%. Both phones has screen protectors and I used the same finger
I also access my bank account using my finger print and it works 100% of the time. The problem is therefor the software on the phone.
Samsung seems to be unable to correct it.
