Samsung A30s

I got a contract Samsung A30S phone from Mtn. The phone has been in for repairs twice already . The first time it took over 40 days to be returned after the screen just went blank.This was less than I year into the contract. The second time about a month after I received it from repairs it just stopped charging .Already that phone has been in for repairs for over 30 days .Guess what all the while I must still be paying for that contract . On the 18th of December I then receive a call that my phone is back from repairs from a Samsung consultant .I drove to mtn Clearwater mall to collect and guess what the phone is not there no explanation just that she doesn't know where it is .Come 1st of January they gladly deduct my money . Clearly the phone is faulty .I suspect it was a refurbished phone or the whole bunch was faulty . Samsung I would like to be compensated with a phone that actually works . MtnSA and Samsung get your house in order !!
