Samsung 9kg washing machine is the most dangerouse thing in our households
I bought a Samsung 9kg front loader washing machine but it is the worst I have ever bought in my life. The machine has teared all my t-shirts, I have reported the matter and the technicians came and changed the drum but the problem is continuing. All my t-shirts got holes and no-one is telling me what to do with this useless machines and who is responsible for replacing my t-shirts

27 Dec 2018, 12:14I am quite dissappointed with your after sales customer service, it looks like you are only interested in getting our hard earned money with your questionable easing machines quality standard. Now that I bought your machine you don't care about how it performs and the reported inconvience it has cost to me. I don't think there is any one at Samsung who can be proud to wear to these torned apart clothes, I am looking like a homeless man thanks to your expensive but useless machinr
