Samsung 7kg Front Loader Washing Machine writing comes off

<p>So I got this washing machine in 2012, yes its done its time but still working okay save for all the writing coming off. The first month already, the writing was coming off. Called for service the unit was repaired with the technicians saying this is a common thing they are having to fix. A couple of months later they were back to replace the same parts with writing again. </p> <p>Now that Im out of warranty, I am stuck with a 'NO NAME' machine with no brand name or written settings. Called to ask for the way forward, Lauren the agent said this is a common thing they experience and then changed to no this is the first call I have ever received.</p> <p>So now, they charge R450 callout, plus labour, plus the parts with writing that still comes off.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why not have just invest in properly printed settings and names on the washing machines or its a conspiracy to get callouts to replace the parts since you cant work with a washing machine that has no writing. Only Samsung knows the real reason why</p>
