I purchased Telkom contracts on November 25, 2024, after seeing advertised free gifts, including Earpods and watches, with the purchase of two Galaxy phones. However, I was only informed that I needed to claim these gifts directly from Samsung when I collected the phones in-store. After a lot of weekly phone calls and promises of delivery it's now February 20, 2025, and the gifts still haven't arrived.
