Took put a new contract with cell c was promised, a phone plus a sat of blue tooth speakers ans a watch, on receiving the parcel I found only the phone, I contacted cell c and was told to contact samsung promotions to collect my watch and ear pods, I have been pushed from pillar to post by smsung for a month, and have still not received my watch or ear buds, samsung being a reputable company, have nobody manning the promotions phone, I have tried for two weeks, they do not have the decency, to respond to your e mails either, I give up I expect to be compensated by samsung for this extreme inconvenience

27 Dec 2024, 08:45I was sent the same message two weeks ago, I appreciate the response but I have had no follow up calls, no delivery dates quoted in actual fact no correspondence at all, so I find your e mail with no substance, And no commitment to do the right thing, I'm appealing to samsung a world leader please deliver on your promise, and deliver my goods.

28 Dec 2024, 09:08We are now going on one month, I am still waiting for my ear pods and watch, I have been a loyal customer of samsung for 10 years and yet, you seem to make no effort it resolving a loyal customers issues, I have now been told that you are sold out of the above accessories, why advertise your promotion, if you cannot honour your side of the deal, I will never buy samsung again and have a good mind to cancel my contract with cell c.
