Samsung 55” curve smart tv A *******!!!

Hi We had bought a Samsung 55” Curve TV in 2020 from Makro and approx 3 years later the TV stops working ps: not due to any load shedding issues but it keeps switching on and off and switching between channels by itself and sometimes not coming on at all as if it’s some sort of software issue. Back in 2020 to buy a 55” Curve Samsung Smart tv was an electronic purchase of a premium price and to have it last 3 years is absolutely pathetic quality. With absolutely no physical damage, tv is for my parents who are 50+ and literally watch the news on a regular . Unfortunately warranties only last 2 years and evidently nobody is going to try to assist us. From Samsung South Africa their quality has really deteriorated or is Makro selling off defected units personally I’ve seen lower end brands lasting much longer which has me thinking are we really paying for peace of mind and quality. The quality behind the parts put in and the systems used to operate these smart tvs are really at a questionable doubt. @Samsung I’ll really love to hear from you!

This is the second time I am posting the same review as I am now left without a tv 3. Years later after paying a premium price on what was believed to be a premium product.What happen to value for money ? I was told my complaint was assigned to someone but nobody has made contact. I strongly advise anyone not to purchase this brand
