Samsung 5301

I have had this device for a couple of months now and i have been miserable since day 1.I have constant network problems which means i don't get calls,sms,email,whatsapp,chat on and everything else that depends on network connectivity,the only way to resolve this is to restart my phone.As you can imagine my annoyance,anger,irritation at this device is simply enourmous.I have googled,bing,yahooh,ask,baidu and nothing has worked.I can not be without a phone at any point becauae i am the only emergency contact for my kids.Please replace my handset,give me another model but this phone is just utter *******.I know someone with the same device with identical issues which means my issues are not unique.I have read on many blogs about complaints on this device.Please resolve my matter urgently
