SAMSUNG 488L F/Freezer not cooling after 2 years

I bought a RF67QESL Samsung 488l F/Freezer in 2021 April.The fridge worked fine until last year November 2023, when the freezer was no longer cooling. I reported the matter to Samsung which they referred me to MM All Electronics. MM All Electronics's 1st technician came and he told me the fridge needs regas because it was leaking.I paid all the cost that they charged me. The fridge only worked for almost +-3 weeks after the technician has regas it,I called MM All Electronics to inform them that the freezer is not cooling off again. Yesterday 16/01/2024, they send a 2nd technician who advised me that the leak is from inside, there is nothing they can do as MM All Electronics.I am a Sumsang client through my life I have never experienced such poor product.I have sent a message on Samsung Instagram page but no response from them.

All my grocery for my kids for December/ January I have to throw it away as it was spoiled and smelly. Regards Thobile
