Samsung 4 ever, now Samsung never.

My tablet is in for repairs at the Samsung 14th Ave repair centre in Roodepoort. There is no feedback. When you phone there, and you lucky they will answer the phone in 20 minutes. I was promised 5 working days it will be repaired. After a week I and to phone them to find out what is happening. They told me they had to order a part, and that they will get back to me. Nothing happened, no call back. After two weeks I phoned again. They tell me i was the wrong part and they have to order the correct part. In the meantime i went mad on Samsung FB page, but nobody calls back. i went there today the 15th of March. i had to wait by the door for 15 minutes before somebody helped me. After making a noise i was referred to the collection counter to speak to a manager. No luck, there again i waited for 20 minutes before i got help, and waited another 10 minutes more just to be told they do not know what is going on and that a gentleman will call me back. We are going for 3 weeks now and i do not have an answer.
