SAMSUNG= ****

I Purchased a SAMSUNG 19kg top loader 3 months ago from OK furniture online. What a load of junk neatly wrapped in a box. Worst Purchase ever!! Since purchase it has been staining my clothes with dark oil stains. I thought I must be mistaken and decided to first soak my clothes then wash it, however this did not help. I was closely monotoring the Machine closley just in case I was wrong. The thing then stopped working altogether. Samsung, after assesing the machine, now claims there's a foreign object stuck inside the machine and I need to cover repair cost. I refused as it has been faulty since purchase and have reached out to OK Furniture and Samsung but they've refused to assist. This machine is useless, a so called "smart" machine but absolutely useless. I advised them I will pay for the repair if they can prove it broke down due to my negligence. They must think clients are fools. I There is now way a foreign object can go inside the machine with normal use as it is a sealed drum with hardlt any space between the drum and actual machine. I have now also noted previous complaints on various websites about the same useless washing machine. What ever happened to Samsung being a "reputable"brand. They are con artists and a total *******. SHAME ON YOU SAMSUNG!!
