SAMSUNG 32" HD TV COSTS R 20 000!!!!
We purchased a Samsung Note 20 in October 2020 and were advised that there was a TV promotion that we were eligible to apply for because as a result of our recent purchase. Having submitted the documentation in time to *** and ***, speaking to 5 different agents, waiting 10 weeks (2 weeks longer than advertised), and after receiving a confirmation email that my documents were received and validated. I am still waiting for a voucher code to be sent to me in order redeem my TV. Come on Samsung, this is not how you do business is it? Really?
