I called the customer service to get a technician to come out and look at my tumble dryer . They called me to say they will only come out if I leave R 450 cash . I did this they came and left and said would get back to me . Needless to say I have called nearly everyday to find out when the will fix the machine . They keep promising to call me back each day and that never ever happens . I feel like my R450 has been ****** from me as I have not had any feedback on the machine .
