Samsung 21kg Washing Machine

Samsung Electronics South Africa you don't even deserve the 1 star ! I ordered a 21kg Samsung Washing Machine online the process was great and the delivery time excellent. When it arrived I was a bit in awe how bad the packaging (not even in a box, only polystyrene at the bottom an on the top and strips on the 4 sides) for such an expensive product were. When my husband saw it he immediately said this was re package. Once we opened it and saw how badly the washing machine was damadged I immediatley contact Samsung and that is where the absolute poor customer service started. It was a very long and terrible experience. I just wanted a new washing machine delivered. My requests for a new machine was just ignored and our money was eventually paid back and I am still without a washing machine. It seems to me like Samsung can't be bothered if they made a sale or not or maybe my business was too small for Samsung. Shame on you !
