SAMSUNG 21KG TOPLOADER

Samsung 21kg toploader Washing machine. This machine cant wash properly. Samsung did put new motor but it is still the same. It does not mix the clothes good enough to get it clean. Does not take enough water in. Always struggling to get it to spin as the drum is to sensitve. 3 jackets then it cant spin. They keep on telling me I am overloading but I even when I put 2 t shirt and 2 jeans and one jacket then its cant wash properly or cant spin. I have to keep trying to get the load leveled by my self. I did not buy a 21kg to put 5kg of clothes in it. Even with blancket it a struggle. The drum inside harly moves when it rinses the clothes. I have tried to give this machine back since the first 2 weeks I got it but they keep telling me I am doing something wrong. I have other washing machines thats 10 years plus old and never did I struggle so much to get things washed. I have seen many complaints about this 21kg toploader so I am sure that when the made this machine they did not do a proper job amd that only people with clean clothes will think this machine works. Food marks will still be on the clothes after I have washed.it on heavy duty wash.
