SAMSUNG 19kg Washing Machine
I bought a 19 kg washing machine in April 2023. It stopped working in August 2024. I reported it and they came to fix it. It has stopped working once again. I last used it on Tuesday the 18 th of February. I am so frustrated. What is wrong with SAMSUNG brand? Do they not manufacture products that last. They want us to keep on spending and buying products that are supposed to last us for years.
