samsung 19kg top loader oil stains

we purchased a top loader samsung 19kg washing machine about 8 months ago ,right about 3 months ago it started producing oil stains onto all the clothing that was washed in it .we contacted customer service and they sent a technician to our house for repairs , when the technician came it took him approximately 20 minutes to check the machine and asses that it was perfectly fine. firstly he did not open the machine , secondly he did not want to hear my complaint rather he told me of his experience in this field . then he told me a story about how the same thing was happening to him ,then he moved on to blame the Omo liquid soap for the stains . i hear i was supposed to receive report confirmation letter ,which i didnt . now they say they can not help me with this problem because a technician already checked the situation . over a month ago customer service called 3 times to explain that they would send me the report of the technician and for the claims department , i am still waiting on them today 21 feb . they called me to tell me they are removing my claims because they were resolved but i am seating here with a washing machine that still leaves oil on my cloths .and yet i paid the extra fees they said were insurance guaranteed for 10 years. i am utterly dissatisfied with the work ethic and your machine. you can do better that than.
